LC problems

I desperately need help!!

The Rear end of my LC has dropped excessively. It is extremely bumpy to drive. Active height button does not move between H, N, L - sits at N all the time. Although does not blink. Rear  Height control link sensors have both been replaced aswell as one shock absorber. Been to 5 garages including Toyota itself who have all been unsuccessful in fixing the problem.
