Warning lights on dash

Hi all I was just wondering if anyone else has had this same problem at all.i had the timing belt light the water in the fuel light and the Battery light all come on together and I've changed the Battery,alternator,timing belt and the fuel filter but all lights are still showing.

after changing the timing belt I did the relevant screw change on the back of the clocks but the timing belt light is still showing and I've tried everything but still have these three lights on,is there anything else I can check 

any help greatly appreciated
