Corolla T Sport hunt!

Hi everyone! My name's Jak and I am turning 17 soon. I am looking at getting a Corolla T Sport (or a Fiesta Zetec S or BMW 118i) for my first road car. For me, a CTS must be the facelift and have less than 75k miles, have a FULL service history (preferrably dealer, <12k per service) and be in the very best condition possible, or at least be able to get to that point with little work. 

I have around £4-5k to spend, so I'm looking for a real gem! If anyone knows of anything, please let me know!

Only seen this recently: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/2006-Toyota-Corolla-1-8-VVTL-i-T-Sport-Compressor/123178103558 which is expensive and I'm not making it a recommendation.

If you have that much to spend, I also recommend a compressor!

I'd love a compressor, and strangely enough, insurance is £50 cheaper on a TTE than a CTS! Wierd, I know!😂

I've drooled over that one for many hours. About £1500 overbudget realistically, though. 😭
