T25 sat have issues

Hi all just bought a 2008 avensis TR with built in nav however I can’t get it top open to access the CD player - it’ll tilt but won’t open, has anyone got any suggestions?

It's Broken. (sorry) My Avensis had the same. Auto Electrician or aftermarket unit, works out about the same money, depending on what you want.

Ok cool, do you know if you can run an aux cable of these units? If so I’ll keep it in (I don’t own a cd anymore lol)

No aux I'm afraid.  If you want a aux, sd  card ECT you will need something like this. I just fitted this yesterday. Have not set it up yet so can't comment on it yet.

afaik you should be able to use the CD-changer socket
