ive had a very funny MOT done by my toyota dealer july 2018 had several MOT advisories they are 

1- underneath vehicle in too good condition so can not check for corrosion or rust 

2- rear suspension springs corroded !but is LC5 there air bags not springs

3- a tyre has cut down to wires ! yet tyre agent says no cuts on tire 

never known anything like this any one had similar happen ?

That sounds very strange to me.
