I need a bit of help as my google skills are failing me. I have a 2c diesel engine that I'd like to get a bit more power out of. I've seen reference to increasing the fueling at wot online, apparently the adjustment screw will have a tab over it that needs to be broken off, but I can't for the life of me figure out where it is? Any ideas? Here is one post that references it, check the very last comment. Here's another.

Any help is much appreciated.
