mirror indicator removal

hi all

i just discovered a small star break in my drivers side mirror indicator from a stone hit, has anyone seen any instructions on removing the part for replacement, i have seen one for a corolla on youtube but the mirror was a different shape, cheers

Shouldn't be too difficult, I often dislodge mine on the garage door frame.

Hi, I'm not sure it's a separate part ( try your local dealer, or a scrappy). Tilt the mirror upwards, And use a padded tool and hook it under lower edge of mirror and pop it out. That should give you access to the clips that hold the cover. The light bezel should also be visible.
