Is there any serious, concrete plans for more plug-in PHEV Toyota models (other than Prius) ?

Yes. EV plans announced last year - see https://www.carmagazine.co.uk/car-news/tech/toyota-electric-vehicle-phev-hybrid-plans/

Though China will be the first market targeted with Europe being the last.

As far as I'm aware Toyota haven't confirmed whether the 2019 Rav4 will include a PHEV - not on sale yet. The current Rav4 hybrid doesn't include a PHEV.

Ah - Sorry - there have been versions, but only in the States https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Toyota_RAV4_EV.

It ceased production in 2014 - and we did have a look to see if there were plans to import to the UK before we bought our second ICE RAV, but no.

Will be interesting how sales go now that the grant has either been cut or defunct.

It will be interesting to see how Toyota who have amassed a lot of expertise and experience with petrol electric vehicles use this to develop electric only vehicles. I suspect that Toyota will be market leaders once electric only vehicles become the norm. Batteries replace fuel tanks.

Motors, drive trains, control and charging systems, ancillaries, are already well up the development ladder. I would imagine that a fair amount of Toyota weight saving tech will be brought into play too. I have seen very little of superconductor or fuel cell technology being utilised as yet but I can imagine that it will be called upon in the not too distant future. The future is bright , the future is techy!

I would hope Toyota are well developed with an electric vehicle. It takes years of design and testing before one is released, but yes, I agree with you, Toyota could well be market leaders when it happens.

Looks like Prius+ , at least has been avaliable as Plug In. Maybe just in USA ?

https://www.car.info/en-se/toyota/prius/prius-18-vvt-i-3jm-plug-in-10192489

Fake news, Toyota only call it the Prius+ in Europe and the UK, it's called the Prius V wagon in the USA, and it certainly was not nor is not available as a plug-in. I think that website has just incorrectly cut and pasted the specs from the latest Prius plug in.

The fact that they do not appear to be encouraging all electric vehicles all that much could indicate that we are getting preached to from the gospel according to London again. IE public transport although not terrorist proof is statistically, fairly good (sometimes) in London during business hours , where the law makers live. Most rural areas( where not all that many voters live) have little or no public transport so it isn't an option.
