T25 Fl Key Fob not flashing

Hi guys, So I've bought recently a 2007 T25 FL, I've realised that the key fob wasn't working so I've presume it was something to do with the Battery but after changing it, still doesn't work. Looks like the PCB is fine, no bad solder or anything yet the key fob when pressed the button doesn't blink, I was trying to add it to the lock system but still it doesn't work. Any ideas what it might be wrong with it ?
