Verso Touch Screen Media Player - Can I upgrade?

Good morning all.

I've recently purchased a 2013 Verso. It comes with a media system called 'Touch screen'. It has no satnav. According to the instruction book there are two versions: the satnav version and non-satnav version.

I'm not bothered about having satnav but I would like to enable the voice activation/recognition to try that out. This is not included with my (non-satnav) media system, despite me having a button for it on the steering wheel.

I'd also like to be able to get some track/song information on screen when I have the DAB radio on.

So, my question is, is there anyway to upgrade/unlock the software on this system?

If not, what's the best route to upgrade to a more modern system?

Hi Dan, welcome to TOC ☺️

afaik voice activation is only available with the "high" version of Touch & Go (satnav) & you can't enable it on Touch only.
