:help: Wrote to Toyota GB and complained, they erroniously claimed that my car was fixed.

Gear box has been replaced but rattle is still there.

Dealer told me that he raised this issue with Toyota in their regular POW-WOW and there is no solution available at this time but the problem has been passed on to Toyota Japan----- and I just have to wait for a solution.

Is it acceptable for such a major issue be swept under the carpet and let my warranty slowly run out.

Comments and suggestions welcome.

P.S. If you own one of these RAV4 turn off the radio and listen. You may be surprised what comes to the ear.
