Good read. I opted for CrossClimate+ on the other car. Had no snow yet, but the standard summer grip is good and so is comfort. Comfort is not reviewed and nor is end of life grip. Also these reviews will not include ice or damp conditions.

And then we have another take on which are 'best'.....I couldn't get onto the above link as my browser employs an adblock - so looked and found another 'expert' opinion....

1. Continental PremiumContact 6: The best tyre for all-round performance

2. Dunlop Sport Maxx RT2: The best tyre for driving in heavy rain

3. Michelin Pilot Sport 4: The best tyre for fast cornering

4. Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric 3: The best tyre for all-round performance and reasonable fuel economy

Autoexpress does group tests for summer, winter & all season tyres.

The other site that I find useful for tyre reviews is http://www.tyrereviews.co.uk & this also gives links through to other group reviews done by other magazines/organisations in Europe (e.g. Autobild) - look down the right hand column on the site. This is a review worth reading imo http://www.tyrereviews.co.uk/Article/2018-Auto-Bild-All-Season-Tyre-Test.htm

& this is worth a watch
