Verso 2.2 struggling to start

Hi everyone was looking for some advise I've got a verso 2.2 diesel it's been struggling to start for a while took it into garage had it tested said starter motor was faulty had it replaced drove for an hour then broke down took it back they replaced it same thing again won't start they say engines working to hard burning the starter motor out just wondering if anyone has any experience of this happening thanks

Hope you got this sorted.

You might want to check the Battery voltage and ensure the alternator is actually generating/charging.
