Removing Air Blower?

Hi all, long time lurker...first time poster.

The heater blower motor on my 2001 Previa  has started making an awful noise it sounds like the bearing has gone/going on the fan..

I can clearly see the motor by removing the glove box... but can anyone tell me if it can be taken out to replace the fan without having to dismantle all of the dashboard.?

 Don't honestly know, Philip...these buses are not the easiest to work on due to lack of space.

Maybe worth having a word with Gary @ GT Motors in Newton Abbot and see if he's had any experience of this or point you in the right direction.
