Toyota IQ2 air conditioning not working

I have recently exported my IQ2 out to a Caribbean island where I have condo on resort.

before it left the UK I did a full service including changing the air con filter and topped up the gas. I also fixed the leaking vent pipe that was leaking into the cabin when the air on was running.

unfortunately now its on the island the air con is not cold enough !  I have check the gas and it seems ok ? The pump clutch seems the pulse on and off ?  I am sure it should engage for longer periods of time.

Any quick checks I can do before I book it in the dealer on the island?
