Solarpack ?

Would it be possible and usefull to install solarpack at an standard Prius or Prius+ or any other Toyota HSD/ hybrid ) to get some extra energy ?

I would think not, as it's part of the roof, installed at the factory. Also the solar roof only powers the AC, it doesn't charge the HV Battery. Not worth the extra weight IMO.

Ok. I almost suspected something like that.

Thought that maybe there was some "aftermarket" solutions.

Looks like Toyotas neighbors are working at something (maybe not aftermarket though)
