D4d Throttle pedal TPS

My 52reg Yaris D4d has a fault with the Throttle position sensor, it is a two fold fault p1121 (limp mode), and also when your foot is flat to the boards, she just dies completely, but restarts after about a minute or so (cant remember fault code, generic one -Fuel injection fault)

I am attempting to source a replacement but I notice that those a couple of years later have  the TPS integrated within the pedal body. 

Does anybody know if this type is compatible, (including the connector block)and what the Toyota part numbers are, to allow me to source one.

The existing TPS is marked 89281-52010, but searches bring no compatibility 

Any ideas?
