Bonnet Stone Chip Rust

Evening all,

Noticed a few stone chips starting to rust on my bonnet (see attached) that I'm keen to sort before they get worse.

What's the best way to deal with them quickly/cheaply?

I have one of these kits which I've used successfully on inner door chips where the base coat was still intact but not sure if the fibre glass tool will do much to remove the rust.

I've seen people mention good things about Kurust, but not sure if that will get to the "halo"/areas affected underneath the paint. Most of the other guides I've seen seem to involve taping off and sanding down large areas which are then sprayed which seems excessive for rust spots ~1cm across!

Thanks in advance.
