Toyota corolla 2008 1.4 diesel cutting out on acceleration or small stress

Hi guys, I Have a 2008 toyota corolla 1.4 diesel and i have an issue which i and ither mechanics havent figured out at the moment. I drive it everyday but when accelerate a  little harder or its under even a small bit stress meaning going up a hill then the car just dies, theres no splutter or anything but as soon as just accelerate a little hard the engine light comes and just few seconds later car just dies and you just have to pull over turn ignitiin off and restart the engine and it will start. The engine light will stay on and after a whike it will go off it self. The fault codes are P1229 and P1272 which are fuel pump system and fuel pressure regulator circuit. My brother has same car and i swapped the suction control valve on the fuel pump in the engine and the 2 sensor at the both ends of the fuel rails but still the same really. I changed the fuel filter and found some dirt at the bottom when i emptied the fuel filter.  Any suggestions.??
