I have a 1.3 Yaris where the EML has illuminated. Scan tool gives a code of P1346. The car has been standing for a long time. I removed the OCV solenoid and powered it up. It is moving freely.  I intend to change the oil and filter as the oil looks dirty. Also when checking the level, there is way too much oil. I understand there is a small filter for the OCV. I would like to clean or maybe change this. Can anyone tell me where this is located? Is it behind the hex bolt located near the OCV? Thank you for reading.
