Problem with lights - Avensis

Hoping someone can help. I was changing a tail light bulb but in haste still had it switched on and knocked it as I was refitting the holder. 

I've managed to cause some sort of a short as now I have no hazard lights or indicators.

Problem is not either the bulb or a fuse. 

The same thing happened me before (and I didn't learn from my mistakes) but I was able to find a fix online involving some sort of sequence of switching lights on and off to reset the lights or relay maybe?

Does anyone know how to do this as I can no longer find it?
