Oil dipstick

i pull the oil dipstick to check engine oil level while i put it in the hole again i didn't put it in same way i pull it up mean that i flip it to the other side so i would like to know if there any problem putting the dipstick at any side

the difference between each side that; there's side the high and low points is popup on the surface while the another side the points flat on surface

My car: Toyota Avensis 2008 T25 (gasoline) Saloon 

Motor:3ZZ-FE
