Driver’s Seat

I am having comfort problems with the driver’s seat on my C-HR Dynamic. There appears to be a hard spot under my thigh/buttock on the outer edge of the seat. From what I can see it is where the seat cushion squashes down and sits on top of the plastic side trim.

Is anyone else having the same problem ?.

ps whilst my car was in for it’s first service yesterday I had the opportunity to sit in a new identical vehicle and could feel the same problem with the driver’s seat

I haven't noticed this in the two years I have been driving my C-HR

May be depending on trim level (mine is Dynamic) and driver size/weight

Mine is also dynamic and I am a bit overweight - remembered to check the seat this morning and it seemed to me that there are firmer bits on both sides of the seat by my hips. I couldn't feel any difference between the two sides and in my normal sitting position I  don't notice the firmer sides
