Headlight warning buzzer not working

Hi Members hope that you can help, I have a 2007 Yaris and the headlight warning buzzer doesn't work anymore when lights are on and doors open with key out any Ideas

Does opening and closing the drivers door operate the interior light correctly?  A problem with the door switch is possibly the most likely reason, beyond that and its more advanced fault-finding I'm afraid.

No easy answers in that case I'm afraid. Ideally a diagram showing how the buzzer is configured would be useful, without that its a case of physically locating the buzzer, testing that on its own to make sure its OK (or check whether or not supply voltage appears across it) and then trace the wiring back. Whether it is driven directly from the ECU in response to the various inputs or whether its a much more simple relay driven affair I wouldn't like to second guess without seeing a diagram.
