Changes to service regime

In addition to replacing the Essential Care service programme with 5+ Club for vehicles over five years old, Toyota have made changes to the service regime.

The Full+ service has been discarded, leaving just the Intermediate and Full services.

Toyota has produced a website tool that owners may use to determine which service their car needs, and, taking into account vehicle age and mileage, this tool will  include any of the longer service items previously in the Full+ service, needed for your vehicle, and the service will be priced accordingly. These longer service items typically include things like a spark plug change, coolant change, etc.

So for example a car at 60,000 miles which is scheduled for a spark plug change at that mileage (a longer service item), will have a Full service plus the spark plug change and be priced to take account of including the longer service item.
