Cleaned EGR, took off inlet manifold, replaced spark plugs and assembled all again. 

Engine misfires and engine icon on dashboard.

Any help or solutions to this.

Think there was a Toyota recall for this.  Speak to your local Toyota dealer.

Don't know if you sorted this problem but was the engine running ok before you did this work?

If so, did you forget to plug something back in, or connect a hose or something?

Can you get the fault code read?
