Blinking Speedometer

Hi guys.

My Toyota urban cruiser has started doing this weird thing when i turn the ignition off (speedometer starts flashing). have tried disconnecting and reconnecting the Battery to no avail.

Any idea or how to fix?

I can tell by the Rev counter you have a 1.33 Petrol, there is a TSB for this issue:
