Hi all I need to change the coolant temperature sensor on my 2005 1.8 petrol avensis but don't know where to find it. Please can anyone tell me where I would find it please.

Standing at the front of the car, looking at the engine, it is on the right hand side of the block close to the top hose outlet.

This video may help  (your engine block may not look identical, but it will be similar).

Mine is on the same place just not sure how to get access cz it's under fuel lines and other stuff
