Hi I’m new to the club just thought i would post a couple pics of my two Toyotas first is my 2013 rav 4 2.0 d4d invincible the family bus and second a mot failure at my work a 2000 avensis 2.0 gals auto with just 53k miles ! I’m a protec at Toyota so both cars are well looked after with my knowledge on the Toyota brand, the rav is all sorted had updated Hids and various led replacements, had a fair chunk of work done to get it up to scratch and now I’m moving on to the avensis had a big clean up and detail so far then next going to remove the tow bar and then going to move on to the rust, later down the line I’m going to replace both front and rear bumpers and the passenger wing due to the old lands owner hitting a tree but here’s a few pics

Welcome,

Lot of rust under the avensis may have had a previous owner from Scotland. But I would keep the tow bar as they are good to carry bikes.

If from Yorkshire and It’s been a local car all it’s life come to my dealership since new what’s happened upon investigation is that the tow bar fitted the wiring was routed through the air vents in the rear panel instead of the grommet on the back panel so the air flap stayed open letting in water 🤷🏻‍♂️ I would keep it on but I won’t use it and the wiring had been ruined but also I think it looks much cleaner without it 🙂
