Hi we have recently bought a 2017 Yaris Hybrid. Does anyone know what the Dual button does on the aircon and how do you turn up the volume on the speed camera notification? Many thanks

Your car has dual zone A/C, meaning your passenger and you can have different temperature settings concerning heating/cooling, adjusting the temp etc.

Yep.

One side can have one vent and temp, and the other side can have another.

How effective this is and how each side feels about it, I have no idea.  We have dual zone, and tried it once or twice, but now leave it off.  Can't say we noticed much.

You can't have cold on one side and warm on the other, because it all mingles together eventually.

Mick.

The volume for the speed camera is in the settings......However......if you press the "volume up" button on the steering wheel as the announcement is being made, that also works.
This feature has caused me problems.
e.g. music is playing as I'm driving along......I press and hold down the "volume down" button to reduce the volume.
Just as I do this, a speed limit announcement is made.
The navigation volume will now be reduced.
I now have the option of going into settings and turning it back up or......
pressing the "volume up" button on the steering wheel as the next announcement is being made,
It annoys me.
