Hi Peeps

 

just wondering if anyone had much experience with a Toyota Sienta 2004, has the 1.5 VTTi engine and CVT

what is the CVT like on these cars and in general is the Toyota CVT a good option or not?

No experience of this model at all...but I believe the Toyota CVT is thought to be one of the best of it's kind.

The K-series Toyota CVTs are good & reliable providing the transmissions are maintained properly. Fluid change at 60000 miles but has to be done per Toyota procedure. Most non-toyota garages don't know how to change the fluid properly as its not as obvious as you would think.
