Toyota Passo 2014 - Very uncomfortable on rough roads but smooth on plain roads

I have Toyota Passo 2014 XL Package.
When I drive on smooth roads it run very smooth and comfortable, but as soon as I go on a little rough road, by rough road, i do not mean broken road, i mean some old road which is not smoother anymore, my car sounds loud rugging or grinding from below the tyres and its totally uncomfortable, and as soon as i switch to smooth lane, it become so silent and comfortable, can anyone help me here whats the issue with my car?

Sold in the UK as the Daihatsu Sirion. Also known in some markets as the Daihatsu Boon, and licence built in Malaysia as the Perodua Myvi
