Touch 2 with Go problem

I've a 2015 Auris Hybrid. Yesterday the Touch 2 stopped working i.e. you can access the "Car" page and the options within it, but the side buttons dont work (i.e. you can't access 'Media,' 'Nav,' or 'Set up.'). Also the unit won't connect now to my phone by bluetooth. I've accessed the 'hidden' menu but can't see any problems there. I've disconnected the Battery and reconnected to in effect turn fully off then on without success. Pressing the power button allow you to listen to the radio, but you can't choose a station as the screen is fixed on the car option.

Can anyone help?
