My Toyota (On-Line Portal)- Missing Service Record

I checked my car's service history today in the 'My Toyota on-line portal'. Surprised to discover that all records relating to 2019 have disappeared! There should have been separate entries relating to this year's annual service,  a LGG84 vehicle recall and a workshop repair. A full and complete service history is of course important when selling a car - so I wonder where mine's gone? Has anyone else 'lost' their records?
