Hello,

Toyota avensis 1.8 vvti 2003. The problem is on first star in the morning. The idle is very low and after i push the acceleration the car warms up and then it goes in 2000 rpm by it self. After that will goes down to 750 rpm and it works ok. It does only on the first morning start. What is the problem? I have clean maf senzor, throttle and iac valve but only in the chamber. I DIDN'T clean iac valve where is the senzor because i can't open the screws

Avensis 1zzFE engine should run at around 2000rpm on first starting and then drop back to around 700rpm when warm.

In your case I would check and clean the entire throttle body.

You should also check out the TPS - Throttle Position Sensor. This needs to report to the ECU that the throttle is closed so that the ECU can implement idle control. If there is a defect or mis-calibration of the TPS then it can give the kind of fault you are experiencing.

I think it is normal, mine does the same when engine cold.  I think it is done to warm up the engine quicker.
