Avensis 2016 - Playing from USB

Hi, 

 

I have Avensis 2016 V-matic petrol and don't seem to be able to play content from USB stick. I tried two different sticks, even formatted in Windows manually as FAT32 drive, copied different music files (.mp3, .wav, .flac) and play from USB option is grayed out. It's not USB port failure as I can back up favorities under General options and it does save to USB. Also when I connect my Samsung phone to USB port it automatically plays whatever is saved there. Any ideas how to play music saved on USB drive?
