Auris 1.6 Sr 2011 cruise control missing

Hi, 

I've been looking to fit cruise control to the auris as it has the capability, but the hole for the stalk to go into is missing, do I have to replace the whole steering wheel or just a part?

There are some options - There is a cover that needs removing, or you need to cut out a section (hopefully there is a press mark). Or you replace the cover with one that has the hole for the cruise control.

I took a picture of the area, I can see a section that I think will have to be removed.
