Puppy chewed through wiring! Heeelllpp

Hi all

I received a call from my wife earlier today telling me our puppy has chewed through the rear right light cluster wiring in the boot and that the car wouldn’t start. Just been to see it and he’s chewed through about ten wires. I’ve connected up the ones that don’t go to the light unit itself and just spliced those back together for now, I didn’t have enough daylight to solder the lights back together but figured that wouldn’t stop the car from starting anyway. Anyhooo all fuses seem to be in tact and there’s spark at the plugs... any ideas what might be wrong? Thanks in advance! Andy

A workmate had a problem with a Corsa not starting a few years ago.  It turned out to be a blown brake light bulb.

Thanks guys. I soldered everything back together and noticed he’d chewed through an earth wire nearby too, fuel pump now spins up and she starts. 👍👍👍
