Yaris 2007 1.4D4d - turbo/hose problem

Hello colleagues,

First of all sorry about my bad English.

I have a problem with my Toyota - Yaris 1.4D4d 90hp
Since I have it (about 10000km) it seems clumsy, but I decided it was normal. Until today I got on the Yaris first generation 1.4D4D (which I think is 75hp). This car goes much higher than my Yaris, even though mine is a second generation (90hp). I headed for the turbo / airways because I had a similar problem with another car. My question is, what role does the hose I attach to photos? It is completely oiled. Appears before the turbo. Also, there is no check engine or other problem indicators. The starting up and the idle is perfect, just the performance/acceleration is very poor. What can cause this issue? The car is a Yaris 2007. Greetings!
