2007 Auris D4D T180 lack of power.

Hi all,

This is my second post with regards to my Auris.

Car is just flat no power at all. Had loads of work done spent a small fortune to try and resolve the issue still no luck.

EGR cleaned, changed fuel filter, remap thought it may be a bad file on ECU, DPF changed. Become a bit of mid bender this one.

Symptoms are when you drive the car its just flat when on a steep hill it wont go over 2000-3000 rpm. Vacuum on pipe on actuator is sucking well had turbo checked with mityvac seems ok. Just no boost. And when you hold the pipes there is no pressure in them as should be when the turbo spools up.

Has anyone encountered this problem and cured it? Or can anyone recommend a good independent Toyota specialist  Yorkshire area who will be able to get to the bottom of this once and for all?

Its been to 3-4 different garages all conjecture and not one has come with a definitive answer to cure the problem.

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Just throwing it out there, but maybe an exhaust leak?

Are there any fault codes stored?

- Where was the ECU re-mapped? can you provide further detail?

- Where was the DPF changed? Was the DPNR regen history reset on the ECU?

- When the EGR was cleaned was the inlet manifold cleaned too?

Any history on the car - service history, maintenance history - how many miles has it done?
