Does anyone no if the metal panel under the plastic wiper panel is removable also for rear engine exess

Hi as title I was wondering does the metal panel under the frot plastic wiper panel remove also. I no there is some 10mm bolts I can see under but do not want to start removing stuff if it doesn't. Surely this does to work at the rear of the engine to do any turbo replacements or to drop suspension shocker work on coil springs. Anyone no the procedure if so.

Hi, yes I think is removable. You can have a look at that video it’s a Prius but those two cars are very similar.
