Fault code p1251

Hi. I have recently got the fault code p1251 which is the turbo stepper motor. I have managed to find some information about the code in relation to the rav 4, but not the corolla. I have found a new actuator for the turbo which is the only thing that comes up when I search for stepper motor, but I am not sure if it is the right part to replace. I am going to remove the turbo later in the week and give it a good clean, but if the actuator is the right part to replace I will get one ordered.
