D-4D Tuning

Advice pls on tuning this Corolla 2.0 D-4D T Spirit

1CD-FTV engine 1995cc. D-4D
4 Cylinder 16 Valve DOHC. Direct Injection, Common Rail, 17.8:1 C/R
116 PS / 85 kW / 114 bhp @ 3,600 rpm
207 lb.ft (208 Nm) @ 2000-2200 rpm

Fitted a Bluespark CR Tech 2 MultimapCR Tech 2, but was not impressed.
Any other ways of tuning a 2 litre D-4D?

I have looked at the Synergy 3 models and saved the link.
The car is a Corolla 2.0 D-4D T Spirit [116ps]. It has 6 pin rail sensor.
Bluespark CR Tech 2 MultimapCR Tech 2 does not have a booster pressure sensor.
Bought this because booster pressure sensor connector is difficult to access from above.
Currently using with the jumper in mid position. So probably not getting the full 135 PS and 318 NM torque claimed.
I am thinking of geting an OBD2 Scanner get some readings and take it from there.

Any recommendations for a not too expensive OBD2 Scanner?
And apps for Android phone or tab?

I don't think there is a cheap OBD reader that will do what you want, I dd look sometime ago.

Someone might know different  I guess
