RHD to LHD Auris headlights ..

Good afternoon , I’ve just bought an Auris hybrid , 13 plate with just over 13k miles on the clock from a main agent ..as we were bringing it out to Spain with the intention of putting it on Spanish plates I asked if I needed to convert the headlamps to LHD , or if there was a switch to do this or did I have to change the complete lamps , he said they are flat lights and don’t need changing ..could anyone who knows confirm this please ..having read the thread on these lights I shall upgrade if necessary ...thanks

the older style of headlight the beam is higher on the kerbside

so when you drive on the opposite side of the road you can blind oncoming traffic

with the flat beam style the beam is flat and wont blind oncoming traffic
