Lack of power and missfire

Hello all I have a 2003  rav 4 d4d  2.0 it has a lack of power and a missfire when it reaches 3000 rpm I have replaced fuel filter. 2 genuine scv valves. Turbo boost valve. Maf sensor. Checked the actuator rod and it can be moved up and down by hand  any other things I could look at  also have put a good fuel cleaner in the tank. This is driving me crazy . Any other ideas would me most appreciated thanks

Presumably before spending on that lot you read the fault codes? Is it all the time, or just occasionally?
