I have a 98 camry 4cyl an am getting a ABS code 37.

It has been replaced an it still sets, as before, only after I go 60mph ,an its back off after restart  .If I stay under 60 it never sets.

What could this be an why only after 60mph?

Also how do I clear the codes?

Not sure what you replaced, but code 37 relates to faulty speed sensor rotor! Look at the following -
