Yaris Power Steering Fault ?!

Hi I have a 2014 Yaris 4 door sedan and it has a winging noise on stating to drive then stops in les than a minute , I went mechanic he put in new starter motor and noise still there , was told power steering noise but no power steering fluid in this model  can someone help please if I spray wd40 on the lower wheel near break fluid inlet it goes for a couple of days then comes back

Please don't go spraying WD40 around willy nilly, especially around brakes - it contains oil. The last thing you want on braking surfaces.

Some mechanic that must be, good thing he did not try to replace the fluid, and charge you for nothing, or the pump..

Since it seems that you already found possible cause of the issue, can you show us a picture of what you are spraying, or location?
