Small water leak

Hi guys and gals ..rav4 2006 rear cigarette socket a bit rusty ; side cover off and small ingress of water running down from wiring..stuck my hand up there but cant determine where water is coming from.. I guess from rear light cluster seal.. Just wondered if anyone else has had this / replace seal / or bodge type trial of silicone.. Its been raining if youve noticed and its only small leak.. Many thanks if any one has thoughts before I start taking everything apart Paul
