Hi ...does anyone know where I may find location wise, the pollen filter on 2002 Avensis 5door hatch? I’ve removed the glovebox etc and can see no sign so far of a likely item...unless accessed from under bonnet area ie: under wiper/windscreen area? Any help on this topic would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance nic

Worse still, unless you get genuine Toyota filters, a lot of third party filters are for the left hand drive versions! I had this problem, but you might be able to adapt the filter to fit, by cutting off the tabs that are used to push and pull the filter in/out. Glad Toyota changed the system and filter type. Mk1 filters are expensive too!
