stereo head unit

Hi, I'm looking for a way to connect up a replacement stereo head unit to the current standard electrical plugs The first picture shows the 2 plugs that pull out the back of the standard stereo . The second picture shows the back of the stereo i wish to fit. Really appreciate any suggestions? No idea what i need !,
